We have all manner of experts on this right here in the Cafe, so let’s draw together in this thread all our collective wisdom, for the would be losers to peruse, and I shall kick us off, eat three times a day, and no snacks in between, eat your last meal of the day at least four hours before retiring to bed to sleep.

I have heard others say the secret is to eat many small meal a couple of hours apart.  Does this work?

You know what works?  Throwing up works, I wish I could get myself to try that.  Not eating would probably work better, I also wish I could get myself to try that.  I also wish I could get myself to exercise some, and maybe eat less, or even do something radical, like what Ped suggested.
