Road Runner Posted November 8, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 8, 2018 I cut mine today. I am hoping this will be the last time or the next to last time until Spring. I did an exceptionally fine job today.
groupw Posted November 8, 2018 Share #2 Posted November 8, 2018 I cut/mulched leaves on Sunday. There is potentially 1 more to finish off the leaves. Supposed to snow tomorrow and be cold through the weekend. Might be off the hook!
maddmaxx ★ Posted November 8, 2018 Share #3 Posted November 8, 2018 One more time after Thanksgiving.....if there isn't snow on the ground....because my leaves are so late this year they won't all be on the ground till then.

Yes, I'm afraid that in the next few weeks, my neighbor's maple is going to drop a ton of leaves and many will end up in my yard. I will probably have to run the mower one more time just to mulch all that crap up.

tybeegb Posted November 8, 2018 Share #17 Posted November 8, 2018 Since the temps have been in the 70's and 80's and it's been raining a lot our grass has decided to continue growing. I'm holding out for one last cut and trim before I call it quits for the winter.
MoseySusan Posted November 8, 2018 Share #18 Posted November 8, 2018 mr. was in the yard yesterday trimming and clipping. We need a few more days below 32 before the leaves will finally drop. It’s still autumn here. We won’t see winter until December.

team scooter Posted November 8, 2018 Share #20 Posted November 8, 2018 I need to rake the leaves out of the beds one last time and mulch them with the mowers. The whole lawn doesn't need to be mowed, but I'll do it all one more time and hopefully call it a season. Its been a heavy mowing season. According to the hour meter, I mowed over twenty times, (about every five days+-) since I bought the new mower in late June.
