Randomguy Posted November 9, 2018 Share #4 Posted November 9, 2018 You didn't eat guns OR bullets, admit it. I had two large sweet potatoes cubed and coated with coconut oil, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, then a bunch of pineapple. There was some lingering spiciness. At work we have an exemption to the no weapons policy for common kitchen cutlery, think I could use your pic as an example ?

At least I am assuming you didn’t cook it well done since I don’t see any ketchup!

I shot the rancher's four-wheeler and killed the Kobe steer with the knife.

2Far ★ Posted November 9, 2018 Author Share #10 Posted November 9, 2018 So I tried something new, saw it on Good Eats, Reloaded. I rubbed a tsp of salt on each side last night & put it uncovered in the fridge last night. I baked it in the oven @ 200 until the internal temp was 120, let it rest for 10 minutes and put it on the 600 degree grill for a minute on each side. Done perfectly (MR). It was too much salt, I'll go with about 1/2 tsp on each side next time.

Alternatively, I used the knife to keep PtWC at bay while I ate what's left of the steak.

Ima guessing that the HR weenie that came up with that policy never saw a Jackie Chan movie.
