petitepedal ★ Posted November 13, 2018 Author Share #7 Posted November 13, 2018 After tonights blow up...I am guessing we will have a new management company in place...LOL Our last board (bored) meeting was October 8...no mention of upcoming lawn and snow contract...on October 23 the manager sends us a copy of the contract...that includes a 6% price increase...and once again..the Board pres asked for more bids...WTF the contract expires on Oct. 31....the pres suggested a possible 3 month extension?...so we are not without service if it snows...but also giving us time to review this. Well the manager accepted the 2 year contract based on that... Shit....meet Fan We tabled the last topic and that guy ran out of there so damn fast.......
