shootingstar Posted November 17, 2018 Share #2 Posted November 17, 2018 It helps to find safe exercises for stretching....this is where simple yoga, tai chi....helps a lot to reduce/eliminate some headaches. A ;physiotherapist sometimes recommends good stuff, which some of it is yoga based. (This is based on my experience having physio treatment). I haven't followed up on Tai Chi, but am think about joining a class. I was taught it while I was on a tour of China. Each morning, before breakfast on our Yangtze River Cruise, we met on the observation deck at 7 am did the 24 step version. So you also have dyslexia. Actually I don;t think that is really what dyslexia is, mixing things up - I looked one time for the apropos name for that and came up blank.
