BuffJim Posted November 19, 2018 Share #8 Posted November 19, 2018 Yes. We had one with one with two separate parts and baffles to keep the waves down. It was fine for the first 10 years. Then a couple times I woke up soaked.

Rattlecan ★ Posted November 19, 2018 Share #11 Posted November 19, 2018 My first wife and I had one for several years. Hated it from the get go, but for the price we paid, we kept it way past when we should have hoping it would grow on us.

2Far ★ Posted November 19, 2018 Share #13 Posted November 19, 2018 Yeah we had one in Roch. Before we went overseas. On one of our home-trips, we took a mattress, liner and heater back with us. It was an interesting convo at customs, but the let us thru. I built a base, frame & headboard. We sold it to the gardener for pittance when we left. MickinMD ★ Posted November 19, 2018 Share #14 Posted November 19, 2018 Way back in the '80's, I had a girlfriend who had one. I didn't like it. That relationship didn't last long.
Randomguy Posted November 19, 2018 Share #15 Posted November 19, 2018 I inherited one in college. I thought it was fine, and got another one after college with individually filled tubes of water. I was ok with them, although I think there are better beds out there and wouldn't seek out one again The one thing that I really liked in the first one was the water temperature thing. Setting it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter was pretty slick.
Page Turner Posted November 19, 2018 Share #16 Posted November 19, 2018 ...I have also sexted on a swivel chair. I like to think of myself as the male version of @Kirby's wild sister. Although I just roasted a 14 pound turkey today, so there's an excellent chance I'll be eating turkey sandwiches for a while. For those of you who've never roasted a turkey in a clay pot, I can recommend it as something you might want to try some day. It makes a very tender and relatively succulent turkey. It's like sex on a waterbed for seniors.
