petitepedal ★ Posted November 28, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 28, 2018 Did the full weight routine..I see the trainer 2 weeks in a row after not seeing him for a month...it will be interesting!! I gave thumbs up to this tiny lady who was rocking the ropes (I do them as part of my workout....sometimes they did it on Biggest Loser...) Anyway she came over to tell me she is 53 and just started at the gym...like in June...kids are in college and she said "why not"..SHe says some days she doesn't have the motivation...but she goes anyway.... 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
