Good Morning!  Payday here...(don't ask...went from payday on the 1st and 16th to 3rd and 18th a couple months ago )  Took a bit to fall asleep last night but awake at 5...made my veggie snacks for the week, made tea & breakfast, balanced my checkbook and paid my mortgage :cheerleader:

I don't think my co-worker will be in yet..I think he is still fighting Influenza :(  We have our Open House on Friday...so it will be a busy week...Barley John's tonight...but I am not sure if I am going yet or not!!  So much to get done!! :runcirclsmiley:

Good Morning. Working away.  Big job interview next Monday in Indianapolis.  Same company, different division. Made it clear to them I wouldn't relocate, but would be happy to travel as much as they want me to.

First of all, no.  2nd of all BuffCarla wouldn't be interested in a move away from Buffalo where she has 9 siblings, her mom, and scads of cousins.

If I get the job, I'll probably be going there once every 4-6 weeks.  But it's a worldwide operation, with about 15 US locations (4 or 5 in Indianapolis) and 20 overseas locations. So I'd be getting around.

Last time this job was open, 6 managers asked why I didn't bid for it. Because they wanted me to relocate. If I was single, I would have considered it.  So they hired someone else who was a C minus performer.  Now its open again. The job content and the travel is more interesting to me. So I bid on it, and we'll see what happens.  Kind of a lateral move, but my current manager just confirmed I wouldn't lose my 2018 bonus (About 7-8% of salary) and I would likely get a 5% raise, which is better than the 3% standard.
