bikeman564™ Posted December 9, 2018 Share #1 Posted December 9, 2018 64 on the roadie w/ a friend. Nice sunny day, low-mid 30s. We decided on a 35 mile ride to Detroit & back. Then decided to loop Bell Isle and get a coffee. Then on the way home we wanted the Strava Gran Fondo for December so we lengthened our ride to hit that. And I just passed my all-time yearly cycling amount of 6063 miles. I have now 6084 I reached my 2018 goal. 4

ChrisL Posted December 9, 2018 Share #4 Posted December 9, 2018 Went to the gym. I really couldn't get myself to ride the road bike and the trails are most likely too sloppy due to recent rain to take the Anthem out.

groupw Posted December 10, 2018 Share #6 Posted December 10, 2018 12.5 on gravel. Low 30s and the sun was getting low. The breeze wasn't strong but had some real bite to it. Once I got warmed up, I was doing OK until I had to wait for a train. It was only a couple minutes, but it was in the shade and I lost all my warmth! The last 4 miles felt more cold than they really were!

Riding in constant pain is no fun. I will do the treadmill and the exercise bike until March. At least I don't have to worry about cars or crashing for a while.
