shootingstar Posted December 13, 2018 Share #1 Posted December 13, 2018 At an employee's retirement coffee-snack retirement party, I was grazing on nuts, a tiny crème puff and chocolate, plus fruit punch drink. Unfortunately I felt a sugar rush. Not good. No I wasn't bike commuting today. When I got home, I made a very light dinner: eggwhite noodles lightly sautéed with Chinese cabbage slices and bit of soy sauce. That was my supper.
