MickinMD ★ Posted November 25, 2019 Share #51 Posted November 25, 2019 I did very much less riding than planned because I was so out of shape (could ride for a couple years do to a healing shoulder) I wanted to get back in shape walking first and ended up loving to walk Jake, my brother's 90 lb. To do that you have to get someone to pick you up at the end of the ride. One ride started out with 2-4 mph tailwind and at the turnaround point shufted to a 35-35 mph headwind for the return.
