Road Runner Posted May 15, 2014 Share #4 Posted May 15, 2014 28.8 miles @ 17.4 avg on usual city/suburban streets on the single speed. Rode with a lot of nice motorists today. Also lifted weights, chest and triceps day.
Parr8hed Posted May 15, 2014 Share #5 Posted May 15, 2014 shoulders to overhead (115 pounds) then double unders then 24 inch box jumps. Double unders are a jump rope technique where the rope skips under your feet every time you jump. Reps were 30-25-20-15-10-5. So 30 reps of each excersise, then 25 reps of each and so on until 5 5 5.
Dirtyhip Posted May 15, 2014 Author Share #6 Posted May 15, 2014 Lookin good, Parrot. Mileage additions for my day: another 2.0 miles home and 36 ft of climbing and 11.3 miles and 620 ft of climbing at my hosted ride tonight. One of these weeks, I plan on bringing cookies to my ride. That would make me even more popular. haha
