Is all of Kanada as bad as on those Vancouver HGTV shows? The US east coast is becoming less and less affordable. I spose it is everywhere though. donkpow Posted January 1, 2019 Share #5 Posted January 1, 2019 Is the sink cabinet full of optical illusions? I want to think the surface is 3D but the shadows are off.

Everywhere else is high price. 600K in the Toronto area gets you a house that needs a complete redo. Entry level single family in the burbs runs about 750K but runs in to the million range pretty quickly. Decent 3 bedroom in a nice area is easily 1,5 Million to start.
KrAzY Posted January 1, 2019 Share #7 Posted January 1, 2019 Love the countertop. I miss that about our first house. I redid the kitchen and put a countertop in one section that was a custom made butcher block. It was great never needing to pull a cutting board out.
