See, this is why I won't have a trainer. I'd have rolled my eyes, shook my head, and told him he's f'in nuts.
2Far ★ Posted January 4, 2019 Share #6 Posted January 4, 2019 A little bird was flying south for the Winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him. Morals of the story: (1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy. (2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend. (3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut! 1

petitepedal ★ Posted January 4, 2019 Author Share #9 Posted January 4, 2019 My trainer has me pegged...and he knows how to push me..and pretty much how far to push me... He does not work everyone the same..I have watched him do a group session of 4 people...and they are not working as hard as me... Besides..it feels damn good when you go from a 25 second screaming agony plank to a minute plus solid plank... We are keeping me to pretty basic stuff..no fancy footwork or fad stuff...He said we can if I want...my response was.."if I was 30 or 40 years old...cool...but let's keep it practical"
