Wilbur ★ Posted January 19, 2019 Share #1 Posted January 19, 2019 It is after all, full of lactose and I am lactose intolerant. Where will I find the fat to replace it? I already eat daily avocados and macadamias.

late Posted January 19, 2019 Share #5 Posted January 19, 2019 Nut butters, Trader Joes does a mixed nut butter I like. I put a glop of coconut oil in the pan when I have my 2 eggs in the morning. It's not at all hard adding fat. For example, ghee... Walnut oil makes a superb salad dressing. If you can find a really good olive oil, use a tblsp as a garnish on a dish just before serving. Then, of course, there are always gravies. Where it's gonna hurt is ice cream, but then that's what Lactaid is for. Btw, aged cheese has tiny amounts of lactose, not enough to worry about. It's the soft cheeses like cottage cheese or mozarella that will get ya.
Road Runner Posted January 19, 2019 Share #6 Posted January 19, 2019 The first step is to start "whatevering" all of his posts. Then, after a few weeks of constant whatevering, just put him on ignore. Easy-peasy. 1 1
