Unfortunately, even after repeating, giving written instructions for departmental leads, still some testers have no idea what they are testing while in lab. That's what one guy told me as he sat down in his computer chair. His dept. test person was too vague in her instructions. Fire alarm went off accidentally for 20 min. which cause most testers in rm. to leave after 10 min. THese are testers coming in from other buildings to do this work.
