:cheerleader: sliced Turkey & avocado on a flat round (think flat hamburger bun)...I hope avocado was a okay choice...Turkey was on the list of foods to add once you've been on BRAT...I also had about 1/2 a cup of way bland no salt added chicken broth..that I added some salt to.  All that was left from making soup a few weeks ago.
