sheep_herder ★ Posted February 20, 2019 Share #1 Posted February 20, 2019 Our warmer night did not materialize, as it is currently -18F, and the recorded low was -20F. Let's hope it warms up some today. Water fountain froze last night, so I had to turn on the heat gun. Hopefully, it will be thawed this morning or at least it will be warmer working to get it going. One lamb born about midnight, but mom decided she did not want it. I threw the ewe so the lamb could nurse some colostrum and then brought it inside. Two hungry lambs woke me up about 6:00am. I fed them and then the dogs and I checked for new lambs and kids and plugged in the heater on the pu. Now it is time for a cup of coffee. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
