Popular Post JerrySTL ★ Posted February 24, 2019 Popular Post Share #1 Posted February 24, 2019 Today I Assembled. My knee felt good enough to build my new Breezer Doppler Team gravel bike. I'll need to do some adjustments once my knee feels good enough to ride. Here are the "just out of the box" and 98% assembled photos.

Further Posted February 24, 2019 Share #4 Posted February 24, 2019 That is a nice looking bike. I love stainless fenders. And gum wall tires.
2Far ★ Posted February 24, 2019 Share #5 Posted February 24, 2019 "Sore knee" and "gravel" don't mix.
ChrisL Posted February 24, 2019 Share #6 Posted February 24, 2019 Suhweet!!! Is it an optical allusion or do your brake hoods stick out a long way?
Randomguy Posted February 24, 2019 Share #7 Posted February 24, 2019 Awesome! I agree, that is a sharp looking bike, and I like those tires! Is there a lot of gravel by you? So, what is up with the handlebar angle? That seat angle looks kind of ouchie, too, what is the story?
dinneR ★ Posted February 24, 2019 Share #8 Posted February 24, 2019 Nice ride! Did it come standard with the Brooks saddle or did you add that? Why does a gravel bike have slicks? I love that color. It looks like a really nice bike. 5 bottle cages and you could ride forever.

That's part of the 2% adjustments still needed. They are hydraulic Ultegra shifters so I think the reservoir does make thing bigger. 1

I pulled the seatpost and saddle off my old touring bike. The Breezer has a different seat tube angle. I'll need to adjust that.

As I told RG, I pulled the seatpost and saddle off my old touring bike. After 2K miles, I'm just getting the Brooks broken in. Evidently those tires are pretty good in gravel. I doubt they would be much good on a muddy mountain bike trail though.
donkpow Posted February 24, 2019 Share #12 Posted February 24, 2019 Nice bike. Needs a good rack, though.
