Popular Post petitepedal ★ Posted February 28, 2019 Popular Post Share #1 Posted February 28, 2019 I know February was a bad month..but hope to get my trainer to pose with me for another photo of my "guns" 1 year later (more or less)..the first time we took the pic it was February...and I had only been working with him since November. My arms are looking pretty good.... The scale is going down slowly...(I would like to see it just a tad faster but it is what it is)...Anyway one of the guys today (mid 80's at least)..said "You're losing weight" I said not as much as I would like...and he chimed in with "Muscle weighs more than fat..you are getting smaller..obviously you are doing what that trainer is telling you" I have put on a pair of pants..hand me downs..that I didn't fit into when they were given to me...but I had hope" I have been wearing them to work this week!! I still have an occasional homemade pizza..I still eat carbs and cheese...just not as much..veggies & protein...fruit..even some snacks now and then. I am trying to make changes to my eating habits that "forever" changes (my apologies to those pets that go to "forever homes" I just keep saying slow and steady wins the race (it is damn slow...but at least it is going in the right direction) 3 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
