Here is my recipe for seafood margaritas
This works well with any white fish

Ingredients

white fish filet,

1/4 teaspoon salt per filet

1/4 teaspoon pepper per filet

2 oz 100% agave blanco tequila

1 oz Lime juice

1⁄2 oz Agave nectar

Preparation

Set fish on clean newspaper.  Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim.

Add ice to the rocks glass

Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.

Fine-strain over ice into a rocks glass.

Wrap fish in newspaper, place in trash can

Enjoy your margarita.

I bet a creative Texan could come up with a fish chili recipe!  Without beans of course!

I get white miso soup mix and use it to flavor several dishes including the treaded toefu!

Sounds good!

Go to Whole Foods and get some of their crazy expensive white miso.(Still cheaper than buying soup mix, not to mention better) If it's just a bowl, take a heaping tblsp and put it in a coffee cup. Add a tblsp of warm water, and stir with a fork. When it's incorporated, add another tblsp of water. After you do that a few times, you can add it to your dish.
