late Posted February 28, 2019 Share #1 Posted February 28, 2019 I came up with this for salmon, but it would work, I think, for most fish. Simmer the fish gently in a stock made from white miso, dried seaweed, Japanese rice seasoning, Sachchimi Togarushi, and Coconut aminos. I didn't use soy sauce because the rest of the stuff adds a lot of salt. I was surprised how good this was. https://www.amazon.com/Seasonings-Triple-Flakes-Maine-Coast/dp/B00CQ7K5QO/ref=sr_1_2?crid=ERBBVBT3AHIJ&keywords=maine%2Bcoast%2Btriple%2Bblend&qid=1551389648&s=gateway&sprefix=maine%2Bcoast%2Btriple%2Caps%2C163&sr=8-2&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/Shichimi-Togarashi-1-9-Glass-Jar/dp/B078JRZVN2/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?keywords=manitou+sashimi+togarashi&qid=1551389722&s=gateway&sr=8-1-fkmr0 https://www.amazon.com/JFC-Seto-Furikake-Seasoning-Ounce/dp/B073FS8H94/ref=pd_cp_325_1?pd_rd_w=YiMMW&pf_rd_p=ef4dc990-a9ca-4945-ae0b-f8d549198ed6&pf_rd_r=9076J9FNCMNFBBTEADT6&pd_rd_r=f295cb93-3ba0-11e9-a982-6ffb44233edf&pd_rd_wg=h6Y3H&pd_rd_i=B073FS8H94&refRID=9076J9FNCMNFBBTEADT6&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/Coconut-Secret-Aminos-Sauce-Organic/dp/B019QR8MQQ/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=coconut%2Baminos&qid=1551389925&s=grocery&sr=1-3&th=1

Sounds good!

Without beans of course!

Go to Whole Foods and get some of their crazy expensive white miso.(Still cheaper than buying soup mix, not to mention better) If it's just a bowl, take a heaping tblsp and put it in a coffee cup. Add a tblsp of warm water, and stir with a fork. When it's incorporated, add another tblsp of water. After you do that a few times, you can add it to your dish.
