Razors Edge ★ Posted March 2, 2019 Share #2 Posted March 2, 2019 Those guys are getting old, and likely not really too keen on running a business forever. I met Kellogg at NAHBS years ago. Nice enough guy, and one of the pillars of the industry for decades - especially sticking through the tough years and the changes in the market. I'm pretty sure Sachs will just walk away at some point to once his list is completely fulfilled. And I imagine they will all just keep doing it for "fun" rather than as a business. Tizeye Posted April 20, 2019 Share #3 Posted April 20, 2019 Sad, but have to retire sometime. While you can pass businesses along, can you really replace the individual artisans like Tom Kellogg that was the face of the company.
