petitepedal ★ Posted March 4, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 4, 2019 Did about 14 minutes on the treadmill and another hour of weight work...my trainer started me back with just 2 sets and that is just fine for now...I will kick some of them up to 3 sets next week.

ChrisL Posted March 4, 2019 Share #4 Posted March 4, 2019 Had a break in the rain so did 26 miles on the new crosser but on the road as it was still really sloppy. Did a very tough route and the 36X28 low gear was tough up very stiff hills. I have a mtn bike event in early April planned and am just going to have to ride in the rain as it just won’t freaking stop this year.

Dottleshead ★ Posted March 4, 2019 Share #6 Posted March 4, 2019 I moved 12 bags of pellets and an eighth of a cord. It's going to have to be good enough.

I got in half an hour of weights and fifteen on the bike. I only do two sets. But consistently working out for years, it’s enough.
