Bikram yoga is still hard

It's stupid because it's the same sequence every time and it leave a lot out, and they tell you to do idiotic things like "lock your knees"


Yeah, there is that non-changiness about it.  Locking your knees seems to be the goal when stretching in any arena, I don't know that you can ding it for that.  I think 90 minutes is excessive for any type of yogurt, an hour is plenty.  I like that there is zero chanty nonsense, though, they have that going for them.

Why shouldn't you lock your knees when stretching hamstringyness?  Isn't that how you can tell you are getting bendier?

when you lock your knees you are making the joint work and not the muscles.  In fact you are just stressing the joint
