petitepedal ★ Posted March 15, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 15, 2019 Did my most recent session Tuesday and Today..takes me exactly an hour to run through this particular routine that is 2 sets rather than 3...except I have skipped doing the ropes at the end because that area of the gym has been occupied by several people....I will ask 1 person if they can move but not a group I did about 12 minutes on the treadmill as a warm up....trying to get back in the groove after a few days off after shingles shot #2. Gotta hit the next few workouts...see the trainer next Thursday... Mick got a ride in...anyone else?

groupw Posted March 15, 2019 Share #4 Posted March 15, 2019 With the snowicane and flooding in the area, tried to do some time on the hamster wheel. Did about a mile and my body rebelled. Breathing was uncomfortable. Did 20 minutes on the trainer. High cadence medium effort. Called it a day. Supposed to be nice enough to maybe ride this weekend if the water recedes as forecast.
