ChrisL Posted March 17, 2019 Share #2 Posted March 17, 2019 Just finished up a mtn bike ride. 2.5 hours, 11 extremely hilly miles. I’m getting ready for that mtn bike fondo and need to get the work in so I don’t die.
petitepedal ★ Posted March 17, 2019 Share #3 Posted March 17, 2019 We warmed to 38...at least that is what my car read when I left planet fitness...Did rehearsal at church for about 45 minutes..not a hard workout..but "extra" activity...Then i did my normal workout..moved the treadmill to a 7% incline and speed was 3.2 for most of my 14 minutes...then it was 1 hour of weight work! I have not been on my trainer so I can't claim bike miles..but my legs rock!!
Razors Edge ★ Posted March 18, 2019 Share #4 Posted March 18, 2019 Windy as heck today. We had a guest staying since Thursday evening, so I missed a ride in the glorious high 70s on Fri, and then entertained most of yesterday, so I damn well wasn't missing a ride today! 30 windy miles in 50* weather. Not bad, not great, but always good to be outside riding. 16th road ride this year but way more rides including the commute rides.
