To Pitot or Not Pitot.

That is the question! (and @JerrySTL may appreciate it)

There are a some aerodynamic tools on the market now for folks to help fine tune their position on the bike.  The traditional way uses a pitot tube setup, while the new method is a wind sensor of some sort.

The Aeropod (uses the pitot):

The Velosense:

My kids got me a portable anemometer as a gift a few years ago. I've used it to measure the difference between air speed and ground speed. I remember once pedaling down a hill into a strong headwind. Bike computer said 15 MPH but the anemometer said 42 MHP so there was a 27 MPH headwind.
