OK, not quite all. :D

The Cara cara navel, or red-fleshed navel orange is an early-to-midseason navel orange believed to have developed as a cross between the Washington navel and the Brazilian Bahia navel. Wikipedia

ABOUT CARA CARA NAVEL ORANGES

First found in 1976 at Hacienda Cara Cara in Venezuela, the Cara Cara Navel is a natural mutation from standard Navel Orange trees. With the picture perfect bright orange skin, and the more unique pinkish orange flesh, the Cara Cara is the perfect blend of sweet and tart. They are excellent in both savory and sweet dishes, making wonderful beverages, vinaigrette dressings, alongside white meats, and topping salads.

CARA CARA NAVEL ORANGE TASTE & RIPENESS

As with most citrus, the Cara Cara Navel is best when allowed to ripen on the tree. The sweet juicy segmented fresh is encased in an easy to peel, fragrant skin. As an added bonus, there are no seeds to slow you down. The Fruit Company gets all of its citrus tree-ripened, to give you the very best fruit at its peak. Please enjoy your Valencia Oranges when they arrive at your door.
