I have an ongoing competition with one of the guys in the meat department and guess how much salmon I want today and how close can you come to the right size ? he sees it as a professional challenge. Today I mentioned it would be sitting in my car after work for about an hour or so...Well he got all fancy and put it on ice and double wrapped it. 

Oh and in case you are wondering...I told them that up front!
