Yeah, I've done the dreadmill (walking) and the drainer (yesterday). Was in the mood for something different today. I'll do it again, maybe next week. BuffJim Posted March 28, 2019 Share #8 Posted March 28, 2019 All horseplay aside, I can't use ellipticals because my knees hyperextend on them. Too many painful incidents. If your knees aren't prone to it, its a very good workout.
Dirtyhip Posted March 28, 2019 Share #9 Posted March 28, 2019 Try the rower. It's an excellent all body machine as well. We have a concept II. It's a nice machine.
petitepedal ★ Posted March 28, 2019 Share #10 Posted March 28, 2019 Sometimes my knees get sore on the elliptical...I think it is a height thing but I have used it..I mostly do the dreadmill at the gym..the bikes and I have the "Goldilocks Syndrome" thing going on. My trainer did suggest the stair thingy...not the stairmaster but the one that loops February kinda got in the way of that.

I did the stair thingy after I got my new hip, not much since.

That sucker was a work out.
