donkpow Posted April 6, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 6, 2019 You may already know about this fork problem but it just came across my desktop yesterday. https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2019/Quality-Bicycle-Products-Recalls-Bicycles-Due-To-Injury-Hazard?fbclid=IwAR2Ef6xuW4OKEep6_o-IA_s0OOwqxQjPrnczi1WWUxGINGrlN-oaihh9sfY
Razors Edge ★ Posted April 8, 2019 Share #2 Posted April 8, 2019 So, it is likely the same fork just on all those variations? I can't imagine they have 8 distinct and different forks - maybe between a Warbird and Vaya, but not across the board.

It could have to do with a faulty construction technique or poor quality control. It's impossible to know from the information provided.
