12string Posted April 8, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 8, 2019 All last week, every question he asked about his new company was answered by himself with the correct way we should do things. His first status meeting today turned into a hour and a half argument about magnetic theory - not his background, arguing with a pre-eminent expert in the field. We were peers and when I was promoted he took over a large site I managed. He basically came in with on day one, called an all hands meeting and told everyone they are doing everything wrong and he’s going to clean up the operation.
