Had trouble with my e-mail on my cell phone last week and again today..stopped at the Verizon store and we uninstalled and re-installed the app...it is working FOR NOW Now the scroll on my mouse isn't working and the USB dongle for it is taped into my laptop because it is in two pieces and has been since last year...To say nothing of the fact that I have been using a regular keyboard on this for a year cos of the double letter thing with the laptop keyboard...still think it was a microsoft update..but after a few months I quit trying to fix it......I should probably get a new laptop...had this one for awhile now...
