It looks like to me that the software doesn't like substitution of characters. These two URLs are "technically" identical: https%3A%2F%2Fwww.encinabicyclecenters.com%2Fmerchant%2F1685%2Fimages%2Fsite%2Frental-slimC.pnghttps://www.encinabicyclecenters.com/merchant/1685/images/site/rental-slimC.png ...but only the second one works. A "%2F" = "/" in ASCII, and it seems odd the "legit" way would fail versus the sort of less legit way would work. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
