MickinMD Posted April 18, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 18, 2019 I used to run the 13 mile round trip from home to the water fountain at the main gate and sometimes add the mile's worth of path around the fort seen at the edge along the edge of the Patapsco River every other Saturday when training for marathons. It's the main reason for much PT and an Achilles tendon operation in the following years.
