14 solo after work, sunny, very windy, 56°

Commuter miles, a few dog walks, and then 30 windy miles.  With a crosstail going out, and then crosshead coming home.  Beautiful weather and lots of folks out and about.

Did my weight workout..plus 15 min treadmill warm up..90 minutes over all...

Rode the fattie at camp after digging out snow at my future build site. (Melt already, will ya?!!) 

I didn't intentionally splash through mud. The road is just wet from snowmelt.

20.5 morning miles with Mike, Rodel, Jason, and Mark. 

17 miles solo afternoon ride.

Nooner.

30 minutes on the drainer; 4 sets of presses/pull downs; 5 sets of abs, PTs; Agilities.

Shrimp Pad Thai, rice noodles, celery, onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, ** heat, for lunch

I made about a hundred trips from the back of my property around to where I was burning brush, dragging branches from the Apple tree that blew down in last weeks storm.

3 on the commute. 30 on the group ride @18.2. Sore muscles in the torso meant I hung on the wheel of a very strong rider a good portion of the ride or my average would have been a lot slower.
