Dottleshead ★ Posted May 6, 2019 Share #1 Posted May 6, 2019 I had a turkey sandwich the other day and it had them put ground mustard, onions, lettuce and pepperoncinis on toasted sourdough bread. Amazing. Folks that eat mayo on their sandwiches are all kinds of wrong. Folks that fail to put pepperoncini's are missing out.
Randomguy Posted May 6, 2019 Share #2 Posted May 6, 2019 You can't ever say that mayo is wrong, it can only be right!
jsharr ★ Posted May 6, 2019 Share #3 Posted May 6, 2019 Mayo holds a lower tier ranking in the condiment universe, but it has it's place. A fried egg sandwich on toast with a bit of mayo and some cracked black pepper is nice. Pepperoncini are not held in high enough esteem by many.
Allen ★ Posted May 6, 2019 Share #4 Posted May 6, 2019 I need to make some. Fresh mayo is an altogether different class of condiment
ChrisL Posted May 6, 2019 Share #5 Posted May 6, 2019 I like peperoncini’s on a roast beef sandwich but not on any other kind. I’m also down with the mayo.

Razors Edge ★ Posted May 7, 2019 Share #9 Posted May 7, 2019 I'm a "they all have their place, sometimes together, sometimes separate, but always at some point" sort of guy. A good sandwich is a wonderful thing, and it is also one which can come from an almost endless combination of bread, meat, cheese, toppings, and condiments. Praise the MAYO! Praise the MUSTARD. Praise the Pepperoncinis! Praise them ALL!

Dottleshead ★ Posted May 7, 2019 Author Share #12 Posted May 7, 2019 There is a difference between pepperoncinis and banana peppers. Banana peppers are second class. 1
