Pepperoncinis on sandwiches

Mayo holds a lower tier ranking in the condiment universe, but it has it's place.  A fried egg sandwich on toast with a bit of mayo and some cracked black pepper is nice.  Pepperoncini are not held in high enough esteem by many.

I had a turkey sandwich the other day and it had them put ground mustard, onions, lettuce and pepperoncinis on toasted sourdough bread.  Amazing.  Folks that eat mayo on their sandwiches are all kinds of wrong.  Folks that fail to put pepperoncini's are missing out.

So did you learn opining from orandomguy?

I'm a "they all have their place, sometimes together, sometimes separate, but always at some point" sort of guy.  A good sandwich is a wonderful thing, and it is also one which can come from an almost endless combination of bread, meat, cheese, toppings, and condiments. Praise the MAYO! Praise the MUSTARD. Praise the Pepperoncinis! Praise them ALL!
