Road Runner Posted June 5, 2014 Share #1 Posted June 5, 2014 Rode 24.7 @ 17.2 avg. Traffic sabotaged me at every turn. Beautiful riding weather, though. 1,809 miles for the year. I'm well over half way to California.
Square Wheels Posted June 5, 2014 Share #2 Posted June 5, 2014 Still sad I can't do anything. I hope I'll be able to ride by the weekend.
petitepedal ★ Posted June 5, 2014 Share #3 Posted June 5, 2014 I rode for 1 hour after work...from work..Don't think I will do that on a work night again. Traffic...a traffic circle near Minnehaha Falls is a nasty area no matter what..add after work traffic, and picnic/park people...I think I will start trying to ride 1 hour an evening and leave from home...So...10 miles on the bike...Fitbit somehow translates some of that to steps and elevation to stairs...so 29 fights of stairs (I try to get 10 in at work so I have real stair numbers too) and 12777 steps so far. Thought about a short walk but the skitos are crazy!!! Stopped at the confluence of the Minnesota & Mississippi Rivers while on my ride and the critters attacked me...killed a couple of fat skitos!!!
