sheep_herder ★ Posted May 30, 2019 Share #6 Posted May 30, 2019 Careful out there. Looks like my wife's flight from Milan to Newark/New York has been delayed several hours due to storms. Hope she makes all of her connections.

JerrySTL ★ Posted May 30, 2019 Share #8 Posted May 30, 2019 As you can see, Belleville got missed. However we were hit hard the last few days. I haven't heard anything on the news about injuries or deaths in or around Effingham.

sheep_herder ★ Posted May 31, 2019 Share #11 Posted May 31, 2019 Well, the storms delayed my wife's flights enough, that she is still in Denver. She was supposed to have arrived in Billings at 10:00pm. I came home tonight to let the dogs run and eat and will drive back to Billings tomorrow to meet her 9:30am flight. Hope I survive the indirect effects of the storms. Hope everyone stays safe out there. 1
tybeegb Posted May 31, 2019 Share #12 Posted May 31, 2019 We have not had a drop of rain in well over two weeks, and the temps have been in the high nineties on the island. We need rain, but not like that. I'll echo the "stay safe" mantra.
MickinMD ★ Posted May 31, 2019 Share #13 Posted May 31, 2019 We've had 3 days of heat, off-and-on thunderstorms, and suspected minor tornadoes all around the Baltimore area. Hopefully, the decent weather beginning today will last a while.

sheep_herder ★ Posted June 1, 2019 Share #16 Posted June 1, 2019 Our current weather is very nice, but the area is covered in smoke from the fires in Alberta. Should I blame Shootingstar.?
