Pray for me!! When I was booster president I was maniacal about staying on task and starting & ending on time. Sometimes the parents would want to talk about random stuff and I’d have to remind them to stay on task. After a while they knew mynlook and would shut up... But I also had many parents approach me privately and thank me for staying on task with the booster meetings. Good luck but the good thing is you can control the flow of the meeting.
