Mmm!  The downside is, well, the asparagus!  Very tasty though. And I can see how it is tempting to” cheat" with salt, because a dash of pink himalayan sea salt really spruces it up.

I am thinking the leftovers would be good in something like a fritatta or quiche or cornbread or scrambled eggs.
