jsharr ★ Posted June 24, 2019 Share #1 Posted June 24, 2019 A banana and some coffee. Brought low sugar Oikos yoga, cherry flavor and vanilla flavor, some Honeycrisp apples and some bananananananas. Not sure about lunch yet. Maybe do hummus and pretzel chips or may go down and get a salad or a sandwich and read for a bit. Wife texted me to take chicken or hamburger out of the freezer but I had already left the house, so I forwarded her text to the boys. So dinner will either be something with chicken or hamburger in it.

Airehead Posted June 24, 2019 Share #4 Posted June 24, 2019 A peach so far-- extended my fast from 6 PM last night to 11 AM this morning. Lunch, no idea. Dinner sauteed spinach with white beans planned.

Some would tell you this is OK as long as you skipped the bun, ketchup, and anything else with carbs.
Dottleshead ★ Posted June 24, 2019 Share #6 Posted June 24, 2019 Just now, jsharr said: Remember I had a Big Mac yesterday. one step forward, two supersized steps back. I know. It's par for the course. I had some black rice heavy cream crap that was tasty but added probably 500 calories and a pasty film on my stents. It's no secret. When I don't eat that shit, I lose weight. If I eat it, I creep up the fat chart. I am tired of being fat and being creep.

jsharr ★ Posted June 24, 2019 Author Share #10 Posted June 24, 2019 Supplemented the nanner with an Oikos Zero vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup mixed nuts. Lunch was a bowl of green peas and diced carrots and a glass of water.
MickinMD ★ Posted June 24, 2019 Share #11 Posted June 24, 2019 I forgot to thaw out the haddock filet and don't like to nuke it thaw. So I had a 16 oz. Marie Callender Chicken and Bacon Pot Pie that's probably been in the freezer for a year. It tasted fine though it seemed slightly dry.
