Airehead Posted July 20, 2019 Share #1 Posted July 20, 2019 Do you have it today? Have you had an outage? We had a flicker but not enough to turn on the fancy new generator.
Kzoo Posted July 20, 2019 Share #2 Posted July 20, 2019 A storm went through last night. No outages locally that I’ve heard. Lots of power outages an hour north as well a few houses destroyed.
team scooter Posted July 20, 2019 Share #3 Posted July 20, 2019 They had a huge transformer fire in Madison yesterday. Thousands lost power on the hottest and worst time of the day. https://www.nbc15.com/content/news/Crews-responding-to-fire-at-Madison-Gas-and-Electric-512938191.html

donkpow Posted July 20, 2019 Share #5 Posted July 20, 2019 Living in the city, we rarely lose power on a wide scale. We get our power from Grayskull.

Longjohn ★ Posted July 20, 2019 Share #7 Posted July 20, 2019 We had a big tree down on the wires, snapped off the power pull and live wires laying on the road.

Dear Lord, Please give a massive power outage to the Rochester, NY area so Mr and Mrs. Engineer can test their fancy new generator. With the heat we also pray that it will work. ? I'm sure the @Airehead Airedales will also be thankful if it works unless they have a large mud puddle to play in.
2Far ★ Posted July 20, 2019 Share #9 Posted July 20, 2019 No worries here. Min 12 years, I think we've only had 1-2 outages more than an hour. Most of the power lines around here are underground.
