petitepedal ★ Posted July 21, 2019 Share #1 Posted July 21, 2019 So I bought a container of it...15oz thinking I needed it for the baked ziti and Italian chicken sausage dish I brought to my friend who is undergoing chemo. Nope need mozzarella Only thing I have done with Ricotta is Lasagna or stuffed Manicotti ...I am watching my carb intake...any suggestions what to do with it other than giving the Ricotta away
Ralphie ★ Posted July 21, 2019 Share #2 Posted July 21, 2019 Google-cook with it! Or alternatively, it is so good in lasagne that I would cook up a small batch and just eat it in small portions. It tastes better the more it ages.
