petitepedal ★ Posted July 22, 2019 Author Share #4 Posted July 22, 2019 Thing is Maxx..I have been doing that exercise for 3 weeks..no pain..This is just strange..even the PT dude said it was weird he was gonna have to do some research..I can do something a dozen times and it only hurts on time 8...driving me wacko..and the pain isn't getting better..first experienced it the end of May.
