For me just plain yogurt, occasionally flavoured yogurt with fresh berry fruit/grapes or home made fruit compote which we make in huge batches in summer, fall. I actually don't have much nuts in my diet. There are huge chunks of traditional, healthy cuisines that are veggie oriented.....that don't use much of nuts.
