I made long rise cinnamon rolls with it, and they were the best I have ever made. Should have been a pastry chef or at least a baker. I tried to use the dough hook to mix stuff into ground beef last night to make burgers. I go off my not eating sugar thing when I ride past an Amish produce stand on Fridays. The farmer's wife bakes cinnamon rolls on Friday and puts them on the stand. I need fuel for my ride. Seriously, how much dough are you making that a washing machine is the size of tube you need, and don't you think that might permanently damage it?
