Very short, but I tried to go faster than my body is prepared to go. I saw the quarrelsome ex in the park riding, too. I was coming up on her as I was riding. I slowed down before I caught up because I didn't want to talk to her, but then I really gave it some gas (a lot of gas) so I would be well past her in case she figured out it was me.
